Noushin Attari
Dr
Noushin Attari qualified from Guy’s Dental Hospital, London in
1996. She then held hospital posts in maxillofacial surgery
and paediatric dentistry. After a period in general practice,
Dr Attari then began a three-year specialist training programme in
paediatric dentistry at Eastman Dental institute,
London. She qualified as a Specialist in Paediatric
Dentistry in 2001. She also achieved Membership of the
Faculty of Dental Surgeons of the Royal College of Surgeons of England,
and Membership in Paediatric Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons
of Edinburgh.
Dr Attari is an Honorary Lecturer at the Eastman Dental Institute and continues to work as a specialist involved with the postgraduate teaching program. She has also worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital and is a registered specialist with the General Dental Council.
Dr Attari is a member of British, European and International Society of Paediatric Dentistry, and has lectured nationally and internationally on subjects related to paediatric dentistry.
John F Roberts
After
a period in general dental practice in England and South Africa Dr
Roberts undertook specialist postgraduate training in Paediatric
Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Centre, New York, before joining Barry
Scheer at Weymouth Street in 1978. He held the post of Senior Clinical
Lecturer at Guy’s Hospital Dental School, teaching at postgraduate
level, and has lectured regularly in Britain, Europe and North America.
Dr Roberts was a member of the Executive Committee of the European
Academy of Paediatric Dentistry.
As well as publishing regularly in professional journals, he is the co-author of a standard textbook of paediatric dentistry. Dr Roberts is registered as a Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry with the General Dental Council.
Liege Lourenço
Dr Liege Lourenço qualified as a dental
surgeon in 1982. She completed a Master degree in Oral Medicine and a
Clinical Master degree in Paediatric Dentistry at the Eastman Dental
Institute. She obtained Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons of
The Royal College of Surgeons (Eng) and a Diploma in Sedation from
Guy’s Hospital.
Dr Lourenço is an Honorary Tutor at the Eastman Dental Institute, Associate Specialist at King’s College Hospital and is a registered specialist in Paediatric Dentistry with the General Dental Council. She was the Chair for the British Society of Paediatric Dentistry (BSPD), South East Branch 2009-2010. She is a member of British, European and International Society of Paediatric Dentistry, has lectured nationally and internationally on subjects related to Paediatric Dentistry.
Dr Lourenço has a committed interest in the treatment of anxious and very young children and has been actively involved in providing sedation for children’s dental treatment under oral, intranasal and intravenous sedation.
