Cancellations

Our aim is to provide an efficient service for our patients. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 24 hours prior to the appointments, otherwise a charge will be incurred for late cancellations or failed appointments.

Appointments

It will be necessary to see your child during the day, and to minimize absence from school, we will complete treatment in as few visits as possible.

For those patients with important forthcoming school examinations, we try to reserve appointments at the end of the afternoon. Younger patients should be seen in the morning as they are less tired and find treatment more acceptable.

We provide emergency cover for our patients in the evenings and at weekends. Please contact us on the practice number in case of an emergency.
